While out to dinner at Nobu, Victoria's ensemble may have been a bit drab, but her Lanvin Feathered Ouloulette shoulder bag was very spicy (excuse the horrific pun!).The bag is very whimsical with champagne colored ostrich feathers hanging from the delicate chain strap.
