Rihanna takes a break to party 2011

March 12, 2011 - WHEN pop superstar Rihanna wants to party, she goes to Adelaide's Electric Circus. The Barbados-born singer let her hair down with tour DJ Calvin Harris and comedian and ladies man Arj Barker at the popular Crippen Place club after her Thursday night concert at the Entertainment Centre.

Although initially escorted up to exclusive bar, Limbo, which was reserved for the star entertainer, 23, Rihanna later insisted she be taken downstairs to EC, where Calvin was playing a sold-out gig.
Mixing with average punters on the dancefloor - albeit behind two burly security guards - Rihanna partied the night away with her dancers and members of her band.

Electric Circus promotions manager Stuart Duckworth says the sexy singer had an amazing time.

"She loved it, she told us she thought it was one of the coolest clubs in Australia. She was very surprised Adelaide has a place like it," he says.

"She was very relaxed, waving to people and having a few drinks with her crew.

The singing sensation kicked on until about 3am before her team of minders left the club.

Later, Rihanna tweeted: "Australia ROCKS!! Adelaide, what a night." Rihanna has been keeping a low profile while on tour in Australia and hasn't been out drinking with her entourage.

News spread like wildfire this morning that Kourtney Kardashian was engaged to her boyfriend Scott Disick. Turns out, that's exactly what it was for Kourtney: news!

Jessica Alba announced that she and her hubby Cash Warren are expanding their brood, as she linked to her Facebook page from Twitter to tell fans, "It's been a while since I've been on FB & I thought I'd drop by to let you all in on some exciting news>Honor is going to be a Big Sister!" The actress got plenty of well wishes from the Twitterverse, including some from pals like rocker Joel Madden who wrote, "Congrats you two @cash_warren @jessicaalba some of the best parents around.

Happy for you guys!! Another superhuman on its way!!!" and his brother-bandmate Benji Madden, "@cash_warren @jessicaalba Congrats you two! You sure do make beautiful babies! Uncle Benj is stoked!"

Rihanna paid $500,000 for one-hour gig

Rihanna is set to rake in a staggering $500,000 for an hour-long appearance at an exclusive charity gala in Florida.

The Grammy-winning singer will perform at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute fundraiser, held at Donald Trump’s glitzy Mar-a-Lago estate.
According to the Palm Beach Post, the Barbadian diva is being paid half a million dollars to sing in front of 600 guests.

The newspaper reported that guests forked out as much as $200,000 for a table of 10, while the lowest priced seats were being sold for $2,000.

Jessica Alba dresses demurely in black as she pays her respects at funeral

Jessica Alba cut a sombre figure today as she attended a funeral with husband Cash Warren.

The 29-year-old actress was seen greeting fellow mourners at a service in Inglewood, California.

Jessica was dressed in a demure black dress of the occasion, teamed with tights and black heels.

A spokesman for the star has been contacted for more details on whose funeral she was attending.

The Fantastic Four star is currently pregnant with her and Cash's second child. They already have a daughter, two-year-old Honor.

Meanwhile, Alba has opened up about juggling her acting career with motherhood.

She says she is grateful for her job because it allows her to spend more time with Honor.

Megan Fox helps Jaguar celebrate 50th anniversary

Remember when Mickey Rourke recently spoke about Megan Fox whilst sporting a SMIRK? We were pretty impressed about the versatility of his facial expressions, although the actress probably wasn't. It's alright though because Mickey's now apologised to his former co-star. His eyebrows were raised while he did it, but that's not really his fault... After describing film Passion Play as "terrible" and allegedly smirking when discussing co-star Megan Fox's acting abilities, Mickey Rourke has now apologised - apparently he was at a party when he made the admission, which obviously means it doesn't count.

Talking to Vulture, whose reporter got the initial scoop, he said:

"Hey, guys. When I talked to you, I was at a party. It was loud and crowded, I was in a shitty mood and I was trying to get rid of your reporter. [Passion Play director] Mitch is one of my best friends since we were kids. I loved working with him and would do it again tomorrow. I don't know why I said that stupid shit. I love Mitch, I love Megan. My bad."

How can you hold a grudge after an apology like that? No trouble, Uncle Mickey - shit happens at parties, literally sometimes.

Anyway, back to Fox, her and husband Brian Austin Green were helping Jaguar celebrate 50 years of cars in New York, although knowing the actress, she probably thought she was supporting the big cats - she does love them...

She was a busy girl last night- in addition to attending the Jaguar E-Type Anniversary, Megan Fox also showed up at the Armani Code Sport Fragrance Launch.

The “Jennifer’s Body” babe arrived at the Mondrian SoHo looking stellar in a black dress/brown jacket combo as she posed with industry bigwigs.

Megan is one of the stars in the Armani Code Sport commercials, and a new video documenting the filming process was recently released.
